WiGun Pro ("the Application", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy details how the Application handles and protects your data when using our mobile scanner software on Android.

1. Information Collection & Permissions

WiGun Pro is an on-device utility designed for warehouse logistics, order dispatch, and retail inventory barcode scanning. All processing occurs locally:

A. Camera Permission (android.permission.CAMERA)

The camera is used strictly for real-time optical decoding of 1D and 2D barcodes (such as Code 128, QR Code, EAN-13, and Data Matrix). Video frames are analyzed locally in device memory via Google ML Kit on-device computer vision. We do NOT record, save, store, or transmit video recordings or still images.

B. Local Network Transmission (INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE)

Scanned barcode text is transmitted directly across your local Wi-Fi router to the WiGun Pro Desktop Receiver running on your PC or Mac. Data never leaves your local network and is never routed to or stored on external cloud servers.

C. Device Hardware (VIBRATE & Flashlight)

Used strictly for tactile scan confirmation haptics and illumination in dim warehouse environments.

2. Third-Party Services

• Google ML Kit (Barcode Scanning): Operates entirely on-device for machine learning barcode analysis. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• OkHttp: Open-source network transport used solely for direct local HTTP communication with your host computer.

WiGun Pro contains zero advertising SDKs, zero analytics tracking, and zero personal profiling trackers.

3. Data Retention

Because WiGun Pro does not require user accounts, passwords, or cloud logins, we hold zero user records. Local settings (such as the last paired PC IP address) are stored solely within your device's local Android SharedPreferences.
